So, I have a couple of fishing macro codes that I want to set up, and the instructions I'm following don't seem to work.
These are the two macros I'm trying to create.

Assistant.Macros.UseSkillAction|21
Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:08
These are the instructions I'm following.
Installation
1. Create a new Text document in the "Macro" Directory of Razor and give it a ".macro" extension
2. Copy above code into the new text document and save it.
3. Launch Razor
4. Run Macro
5. Enjoy
I've done everything correctly up to step 4, but the macros don't appear in my Razor Macro directory once launched.
Why? What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me to get these macros working?
Thank you.

Re: Cannot figure out how to create Macros outside of Razor.
You probably have "Hide known file extension types" hidden within your OS so the macro is really saving as Whatever.macro.txt
Just do this. Go to start->run type notepad and hit enter. Paste the macro.
Go to File->Save As
Save it as, WITH THE QUOTES "whateveryouwant.macro" and save it to the Macros folder in the Razor folder.
If you want to unhide known file extension types, start Windows Exlporer (aka My Computer). Go to Tools->Folder Options and click the View tab. Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types". Click Apply and then OK.
Now you should be able to rename stuff with an extension without having to worry about the previous extension getting appended there.
If you add a new macro I don't believe it will show up immediately in Razor if you are on the Macros tab. You need to go to some other tab then back to Macros.

Hey, it worked. The macros are in the directory now and they seem to be working fine.
Thanks a lot for your assistance. I really appreciate it.

Follow the above post and it will work
For those using Windows 7; I had to go to Computer/Local disk C/Users/computer name (ie jane or whatever you named it)/AppData/Roaming/Razor/Macros
This got the macro working. It didn't show up right away, so i clicked on anther tab then back to macros and it showed up! Yay!
Hope this helps!
