no Sir they repop Every 30 min in the vendor so lets say you have 10 vendors in all sosaria that sell you ingots they have 30 ingots each to sell you Every 30 minute so you make marked runes to recall at them every 30 min. in 24hrs you have 1440 minute, so in 1140 minute you can go see all vendor 48...

vendor probably have 15 or 16 ingot to sell you for 9 each if you feel like waithing for ingot to repop every hour and buy 16 more thats your business.
