WTB tower

My pixels went IDOC, so my budget is a keep-deed as of right now. I will be hitting some dungeons and see if I can scrape together some more.

Re: On PK etiquette, from a new player: a little harsher, pl

I've always PK'ed for my own fun and profit, not to ruin anyone else's day. It's especially pertinent now, when there are only so many players out there that a free shard like this can attract. The more people I drive to ragequit today, the fewer I can kill tomorrow. I apologize if you're a masochi...

Re: On PK etiquette, from a new player: a little harsher, pl

I've been dry-looted and left sitting as a ghost in a dungeon by PKs and haven't come to the board and complained, because it's part of the game. I'm not going to come to the board and beg them to do it though. I posted my toon's name now, but I can't see how it matters. I agree with you in that be...

Thank you very much, and I appreciate your extended hand.

I enjoy trying to figure it out by myself, so far, though.

Re: On PK etiquette, from a new player: a little harsher, pl

Why not smile and thank lady luck that you haven't been completely clean looted and left to rot and keep quiet about it? I've been subjected to the silent clean-loots, as well. It's enfuriating, and makes me more motivated to play. /edit - sorry I forgot to say hello and that was rude of me. Welcom...

To the OP: I dryloot, chop corpses and never res. Hopefully we can catch up soon when my new tank is done.

Excellent. I can't wait. :/

Re: On PK etiquette, from a new player: a little harsher, pl

I went on a trip the day after posting that, sorry about the late replies. To the ones suggesting that I am masochistic, I am not asking for my time in-game to be a worse experience, I am asking for it to be as exciting as it can be. :) Risking significant loss in order in order to gain significantl...

On PK etiquette, from a new player: a little harsher, please

I joined 8 days ago, after more than a decade of hiatus from the UO. In between, I have played tens of games, and often wondered about why none of them could bring the same sense of excitement. Finally, I thought -- fuck it, let's see if it's only my rose-tinted glasses, and see about play UO again....
