And to add a bit more to the macro... When the pjs cross heal, also add an entry to perform anatomy on each other, so they GM anatomy as fast as possible. That gives you bonus in healing. Are you running Vista by any chance? I ran into that problem...
I've fixed it running UOAM as administrator or Razor as administrator, I don't recall which one it was.
