As for player blocking, you can block in the sense that they will be unable to push through you unless at full stamina.

Getting off your horse in a narrow hallway then boxing them in is a completely legal tactic.

Yes, I was under the impression that it was impossible to kill people with EQ?

Maybe they used CL on the wall or somthing. I seem to remember hitting people through the wall by casting Chain Lightning on the wall or on my friend next to it, and killing people inside.

I do have a CoT hotkey, however it doesn't hide terrain such as mountains. I distinctly remember teleporting over those mountains, and up onto ledges. I don't see the harm. It was added with the clean up brit campaign. We have things in game which were from after that, so where's the argument?

You hold alt down, and instead of clicking on a monster, hold the mouse button down for a brief moment then let go.
Maybe like ½ or ¼ of a second. You'll get it every time.

The only problem is some animals don't like to stay in one spot for that long.
