UO Second Age

hey guys, I know this is an old old topic.... but i get that same error message he was talking about. Im not too good with computers so I was wondering If anyone kind enough can take the time to break down all those terms and file terms and tell me what to do lol... i dont see a uo.cfg file anywhere...
