damn, that's messed up, bows were always my favorite in ultima

I know it's supposed to be accurate but why not balance it a little more? or is it balanced now and bows are overpowered without insta hit?

they seem a lot more durable than they were judging from peoples' posts, but why is archery such a second tier damage dealing combat skill? you have to stand still, have arrows, and it takes up both hands

why is archery useless in pvp? it's that weak? I thought it'd be good to finish people when they run away since heavy crossbow is the strongest weapon according to the wiki

haha I was playin I know PK'ing is a big part of the game I love it but getting a res is nice with the lack of ankhs and healers that wander especially being new and all there's a shard vent and a shard irc, plus a guilds section on the forums, so you could browse through those to find one that fits...

I know Magery is pretty much the top damage dealer but I don't see any Magery Archery hybrids. I'd like to know how it is in PVE and PVP. In PVE it seems like you could either kite monsters with spells/shots or paralyze/ev/shoot/dispel to kill a monster. I'm in bad gear with bad skill ratings still ...

I dunno about NPCs but theres always new players joining, I started a week ago and have seen countless people proclaiming they just started, so Im sure spellbooks would sell okay but as easy as it is to get scrolls off of mobs or to buy one off a NEW member I dunno doesnt seem like the biggest money...

seems like there are, if not theres always pks coming around while Im tryin to hunt that you could join lol. just let me farm in peace if you do!
