from having 5 or more short term murder counts. does it only affect stats or skills as well? i need some clarification on this. and if so does it affect all skills?

if i redeed a house i can sell it back for full price even though the sell menu says im only getting 21k back for it?

do you get off better heals and cures with more eval though? or is it strictly for increase in damage? i have eval and resist on my bard now i was going to drop 1 of those and wrestling for carto and lockpicking.

i was thinking about using your same template but keeping eval instead of resist? thoughts?

I have a character who I want to turn into a thief. I've killed a few people on him. Right now he has 0 short term and 2 long term. If I get rid of the long term can I join thieves guild? Or do I even have to get rid of the long term? I'm having trouble finding exact information on this. Thanks!
