Re: If you see new players...
One can see on the population graph that this shard's better days are far behind. Wonder why that is? Could it be that many new players here are pk'd nearly 30 seconds into the game, in town nonetheless? Or maybe it's the big dogs who have made their millions of gold via exploits and bugs? Sometimes...

Re: Looks like this shard died
You can look on the client growth chart over time and it's been on a downward trajectory for years. In 2013 there were mid 300 players on at any given time now it struggles to get up to 150.

Re: Revisiting harrassment policy, possible change to it?
Not likely to happen. The staff here don't give two shits about someone being an ass in game. You can call someone every vile name in the book, and staff doesn't care. They will instaban spammers at the bank in a heartbeat, but call someone the n-word or tell them to eff themselves and their grandmo...

Re: Question about population
When it looks like the man at the top has mentally checked out in regards to the shard, it shows in both the website and in the shard itself. Got a suggestion? Be prepared to be swatted on the head with a newspaper and chastised about it not being era accurate.

Re: We need change, for the sake of the server.
Housing is probably one of the biggest issues on the server. It seems like a vast percentage of the housing on this shard is owned by people who only log in to refresh them. Perhaps a shard wipe in this case would be helpful to catch the people that are leaving UO Forever and other fly by night shar...

Re: We need change, for the sake of the server.
The problem, is the beloved era accuracy. It is a blessing in some ways but a curse in more. Keeping to strict era accuracy only benefits those who actually played in that era, those who came afterwards or new players get bored or turned off by the mechanics and lack of innovation. Some of the mecha...
