Re: Why does Archery Blows?!

Unfortunately I tried to make a comeback with my archer and it was an epic fail. Faust, I know you said it's bad for 1 v 1 but I did it in group fights of 3 vs 3, 5 vs 5, etc and it is insanely ineffective. Everyone outruns the arrows (heavy is even worse - less range). No one is going to stay on sc...

Re: Advertising the shard

I was fascinated by the joinuo site Derrick made and wanted to find as many top sites as I could. Added secondage to a bunch of them http://libertytravelusa.blogspot.com/2011/01/top-sites.html http://libertytravelusa.blogspot.com/2011/01/top-sites-2.html I'll send Derrick the code so he can add them...

Re: Add UOSA to your Gaming History!

Great Idea! I only wish there was a link for AOL Legends. I played on Napa only for a while until AOL Legends came out, and I was one of the first on the new shard. I loved starting out a new player base, that is why I like this server so much. I did make some virtual friends, !0 years ago. I would...

Re: Patch 101 - May 14, 2009: Spell recovery time

Staff just pulled an epic win, solidifying what could be a culmination of almost 2 years of tweaking, researching and testing and all you can manage to do is talk about the runebook weight? Faust is right; go ahead and mark off all your spots and put them in your "safe" runebook. What hap...

Re: This is what i get from the shard in my first few days.

just keep your regs and stuff in a locked chest/box and separate your regs into 5's a couple times (not the whole bunch). It's probably an extra minute of prep work which I haven't had to do here (not many thieves I played against..thought chum was the only major one.) You could also gimp your char ...

Re: What do I do here?

I made it over there when I was Pvming hardcore in T2a...covered every inch of that fort...not much to do there really as you probably already know. I use to kill Avengers and Ophidians NW on that level with the pit; is it still a good spot to farm at?

Re: Anti cheat program required?

Might be a huge undertaking in itself to code that (no idea). I think Derrick said they can detect this stuff anyway on their end so not sure if it would really be necessary. I know PunkBuster (PB) exists for America's Army; good idea but not sure how needed/practical it is.

Magic Reflection, Invis, Reactive, and Protection items will not activate or consume charges if already in effect The feeling of oldschool has increased +1 :) . I remember not having many magic items with charges but the ones I did have it was really awesome to run around and not worry about burnin...
