Re: Forensic Evaluation

I know necroing is bad, but since I made a GM Detective from scratch, and I have seen someone else with forensics: Regarding thieves, it only shows you if the individual is a thief. It does not remove disguise kits. It does not reveal perma grey status. Regarding thieves, it only shows you if or if ...

Re: Healing

If you don't really mind dual clienting, get a character with 100hp give it a bow (to prevent melee) and have him get hit by a snake, the little, normal snakes. You can pretty much heal on bandage cooldown that way without any, slightly more elaborate, triggers like "snooping your character whi...

Re: NPCs (including animals) & houses/boats. Despawning?Kill

I see. Thanks for the tip with the targeting. Stable slots I don't know much about, I have ever only tried the stable in Trinsic and it seemed quite spacious. I was mostly curious about (pack) horses and small pets like birds. They're abundant but the fact that they disappeared from houses made me c...

Re: Anyone who has joined UOSA in the past 2 months, plz res

How did you decide to choose to play on UOSA? I have played here before, a long time ago, and remembered it fondly for keeping it old school. Edit: I think I joined back then on a whim, with a friend. There was some ultima like game we played around that time as well. Dransik? I think that was the ...

Re: Can't start a thread in New Player Help.

I couldn't make one, either. So I posted it in the guides section since I saw a forum usage question there...

So, if it's a glitch, I, too, am affected.

Re: NPCs (including animals) & houses/boats. Despawning?Kill

That must be it, then...cause the pack horse should have been safe...theoretically.
Thanks.

NPCs (including animals) & houses/boats. Despawning?Killed?

Do things despawn on boats or in houses after some time? Or are they getting killed? I'm fine with both, I just wanna know which is the case. Unattended pack horses, pirate parrots on boats, things like that...seem to vanish after some time. What's the cause of it? I'm leaning toward despawning sinc...

Right, sorry for not having made that clear from the beginning. It's a confusing name in that context, yes.

Re: A quick Question?

What is "log out" method of killing people? I am unfamiliar. It seems to be: Use tracking with "ResQ", if a mark is found, hide "ResQ" and seek the mark with "Log Out". That way "Log Out" gets the murder counts. Basically ResQ is a radar dish and Lo...

Re: A quick Question?

Just FYI. ResQ is that players tracker, he uses "Log Out" to actually kill people, outside of guard zones, anyway. If you see one, the other won't be too far away, either. Hitting ResQ himself is probably the most effective since it cripples the others. He's also a GM hider, so, polish you...

Re: Begging and karma loss.

(Instead of just bumping, I'll use the edits I made to the previous post as a reply) using the "players online" section of my.uosecondage I continued to slay rats etc to bring him back over 0. Begging and failing due to "not enough money" resulted in no karma loss. Begging and re...

Re: Begging and karma loss.

I can confirm that there still seem to be problems regarding this, at least at "neutral" level of Karma. Had my aspiring beggar snoop because I figured that at master level a little bit of karma loss wouldn't be so bad, and it raises dexterity quite effectively. But yeah, pretty much got c...
