Ok, another dumb question - how does one see the decay status of their boat? I tried clicking the tillerman, but it just says 'the tillerman of shipname'. I tried saying status, and nothing. It has been a while, so I'm sure I'm missing something!

Re: Guide : Macroing Magery - Some Helpful Hints
Just wanted to throw up the macro I'm using - very similar to XaN's, but I found with low meditation (starting off - bought to 30ish), it can fail a lot. So I put in a conditional to check if the skill fails or not; if it succeeds, it waits until Mana >= some value (44 in my case); if it fails, it w...

Re: Guide: Boats
I have two quick questions based on the information here: If I make a copy of the boat key, can somebody recall off of that? Or can you only recall off of the originals? Similar to the above, can a boat be drydocked with the copy of a key, or only the original? If a boat is drydocked, and subsequent...

Re: New Facebook Group!
Great! I joined up.
+1 to Ronk's suggestion - noting it's completely free is a good idea. Also, I'm not sure what the group banner size limit is, but I'd upload one of the nifty banners for the shard.

Re: Wanted: Vendor Guide
Great guide I found on Stratics - http://uo.stratics.com/content/professi ... ant0.shtml
I believe it's all mostly era-accurate, since afaik, vendors never changed that much, and the 'appendices' were last updated in 98/99.
(Note: Navigation links are in left-hand frame.)

Re: How did you find SecondAge?
MMORPG.com... indirectly  Decided to see how UO was doing, if it was 'dead' yet, and checked the forums. Somebody there recommended a free shard, but it didn't look that great, so I did a search on Wikipedia and then Google and stumbled across this one. Honestly, I think everyone who has fond ...

Re: Step by Step Guide to SecondAge growth with examples
Great idea. Thanks. Yeah, I don't do the FaceBook and MySpace things, but I think it would be great to set this up. Well, if you want one or both of them, I suggest you register them and then find someone to update/design it for you. That way its tied to your email and you have control over it. In ...

Re: Guide : Provocation
Aye, I've found it's easier to GM provocation after musicianship - whether or not this is true, I can't be certain. After macroing in stables and other similar locations a while and suffering from some annoyances (such as people taming the animals, and then setting them to follow me...), I found the...

Re: Guide : Cartography
So I've seen some ideas about dropping Cartography for Hiding, so I just want to confirm (as I never did any T-hunts on OSI) - can your treasure hunter get a 'completed' treasure map from another character (i.e. an alt with Cartography) and go complete the hunt on his own?
Thanks!

Re: Guide : Provocation
So out of curiosity, what's the formula / chance of success for provocation in T2A? I tried the wayback machine, but all it shows is around 2002 when it was already difficulty based. The only 'early' page I can find is an essay with some generalities, such as "With 100 Music and 80 Provoke, you...

Wow, I must say, the community turnout and response has been outstanding! Thank you all! Faust , thanks for the welcome! Re: New Home?
Wow, thank you both for the encouraging replies! I believe I'm going to go with platy's suggestion, and roll a tamer. Is the build located in the guide ( http://forum.uosecondage.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=976 ) the 'ideal' build? Or are there other options? Also, what is the purpose of veterinary ...
