ok i have tried to download UOML using the link on the first page but every time a message comes up saying that what im downloading is an unidentified user and asks me if i want to continue to run this program...i then click run then the vista thing comes up asking to allow or not allow this program...

It's only 473MB.. Many of us are seeding the torrent. It shouldn't take too long. If your on dialup, ya that may be another story. Once you get logged in, welcome aboard! where can i download UO other than the link on this site?.....the link here i would get to 97% downloaded then it would crash ev...
