Re: You all should be ashamed!
I should like to add: I'm not racist, but I know when everyone else is. And we shouldn't make jokes about Colombine, because someone who is dummer than I will mistake the absurdity for a truth claim. And they hate us for our freedoms. Shall I go on? The only reason to point a finger is the avoid the...

"An hero appears." Listen Mr. White knight: firstly, this is the internet, so if you expect people to be grateful, you've made a mistake. Secondly, a lot of people do donate to the shard and are willing to vote with their wallets. (I'm sure you've heard of capitalism.) If you want to well ...

Re: Britain Swamp Housing
Yet another example of people proposing that logic, ethics, and functionality of gameplay mechanics be thrown out the window for the sacred cow of "era accuracy."
If you think the staff is going to nuke dozens of houses for era accuracy, you're a mentally retarded person.

Again, I think "could" and "should" are being confused here.Pirul wrote:Dude, I could spend an hour talking about the Item ID skill, that outline right there is like a year's worth of programing.

Re: UOSA Podcast
There are plenty of topics for the premier episode. I would suggest a panel of hosts with a topic sequence something like this: Why T2A era? OSI memories The politics of "era accuracy" (what it should mean as a policy for bug abuse, etc.) PvP tactics and ethics (ghosting, for example) Inte...

Re: UOSA Podcast
The number one technical concern, the reason most podcasts are simply unlistenable, is the audio leveling. How many podcasts have you heard where one voice is in the -20 dB range and one Mic is clipping. Each microphone needs to be recorded to an individual track when it is sent to be mixed down. Th...

Re: UOSA Podcast
Hey, I do a lot of work with voice audio engineering and I listen to a ton of podcasts. First comment: cut way back on the frequency. Twice a week is way too much even for journalists who run huge websites. I don't believe there is enough content for that kind of frequency, unless it was just a bunc...
