I've got a patched 1.25.35 on JoinUO: http://www.joinuo.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=644

Probably the encryption in there is similar to 1.25.37. If-so it can be disabled easily. If you have that client for download somewhere I can look at it and hopefully patch it.

Well for whatever reason I cant get my demo working.... it wont recognize the CD drive.

I believe it's in the demo code.
In terms of the demo, the slowest swing you can do is 40 ticks or 10 seconds (this is an explicit if-condition inside the code). The maximum weapon attack rate is not limited by the demo code.
