Do you mean the city docks or the Orc Fort Docs? I would guess it could make farming the fort easier if you block those docs. When there was a bank in cove blocking it made some sense, not now though. Could be for the frequent cove invasions, nice secure platform to provoke from? I thought Darkwing ...

Welcome back...Pirates have taken over parts of the defunct town of Turtle Bay. Mount stamina can be refreshed by dismounting and saying "all follow me". It is apparently accurate to the era. If you moved out of one country and into another for a year...why couldnt you just play from there...
