Does leather armor slow meditation/mana regeneration?

I have found several tiles in a dungeon glitched out. If you step on them you basically fall under the floor and cannot move. The only way to free yourself is by teleporting. Id rather not say where it is here, but I would be happy to show a staff member in game.
