Seems that when logging on there is a much larger delay at the "connecting" and character screens than was prior to this issue.

Unfortunately my luck was short lived. Problem is back and much worse than before ...

No idea really. It just seemed to fix itself. However after skimming other threads i see that there are still a couple others with the same issue. I wish them my luck.

My problem seems to be fixed now. Thanks to all involved.

Fixes issue with disappearing pets, and allows non-interacted with spawns to decay, which should balance out outdoor area spawns and clean up stuck creatures.
