I quit playing a couple of years ago, but I still read this board every 2 or 3 weeks just to see what's been going on lately. I have to say that all the recent anger and rage quitting is making me wonder if the shard hasn't gotten its old spirit back. I might have to start playing again.

Automated events are back? Where do I read up on that?

I'm sure I'm not the only who checks in every few weeks or months to see if events are back. I was more into Survival and CTF, but any automated event will clearly have a huge impact at this point.

This will be an interesting year to see if we follow the same pattern of population increases and decreases as we have in preceding years. The client graph shows a cyclical increase and decrease in players that reaches one of its low points during the summer months. We'll see how this year compares...
