Re: Strong Boxes
It falls within the timeframe we are trying to emulate and is more accurate than razor and the party/guild system we currently use and so many people enjoy. I voted for era accuracy. Yes, but it should be one housing system or the other, not pieces from both housing systems. I agree wholeheartedly....

Re: Strong Boxes
(It does say test center on the link I sent...) http://www.uo.com/cgi-bin/newstools.pl?Article=1381 There is another good link talking about the changes though. "The next phase involved changing the way secure and lock down containers worked. Some house types were given additional secure contai...

Came out in Nov 23, 1999. Certainly is T2A era accurate!
Vote if you support enabling strong boxes for co-owners.

Re: Blessed Runebook?
My vote goes AGAINST blessed runebooks... thieves are nerfed enough already with the "auto return" when guard whacked in town; lets not arbitrarily bless things to give into (pre)trammy rulesets.

Re: NPC: Spawning Types Various Locations: Request & Observation
I can second just about everything mentioned here. Skara Brae rangers outside of town used to be an excellent source for arrows! Likewise, it was a lively area on both Chessy and Pacific, pk'rs were common there. I remember there being fighters all over too. I remember seeing them at inns sometimes ...

Re: Hirelings north of Delucia
Yes, I remember there being quite a few of them! I find the respawn timer on all these hirelings is pretty darn slow actually. Not to complain though, this world doesn't have as many people as OSI's did yet... so it is sort of scalar I guess?

Stealing in guarded areas... why return!!! Not accurate!
As far as I can remember, UO never returned items to players after they were stolen in town. Not that I'm advocating everyone make a thief and buddy up with someone, but, that's what I remember! Me: I'm going steal these colored sandals from this noob at the bank... get ready to loot my corpse! Frie...

Hirelings north of Delucia
[22:43] <Xenome> Another inaccuracy -- North of Delucia, by the guard gate... there used to be warrior hirelings in the little castle-like thing. Directly north of the bank.
Not 100% if they were warrior-class hirelings, but, there was some kind of hirelings as far as I can remember.

Re: Weren't bandages supposed to be cut one at a time?
Hey there, I started this in IRC today... never thought to post it here. I'll post more things that I remember. ANYWAY...
Yes, I confirm this as well. Very time consuming... it is the reason I learned how to use macros.
