I live on the East Cost as well and I work from 0600-1700 usually. I remotely log in from work and start my macroing without any problems.

Just a small suggestion, not really a big deal. A patch in November '99 made alchemy messages appear in the lower left hand corner of the alchemist's screen, other players were no longer able to see it.
