actually implementing combat changes of uor on t2a would be the best because there are only a few templates do a remarkable job in this shard and it annoys me. wrestling is useless, 2 handeds are used for only prehit, 2348972 sec healing. i think uor combat is the best.

I actually ask how to steal them. This guide only gives locations and just says "requires stealing and lockpicking". Only vendor boxed rares require skill ?

I have never hunted for rare items but i wonder this : are they stolen from a certain location with stealing skill ? or do i need lockpicking ? or just simply grab it ?

What about entering alignment guilds ? If i have 0 kills and short kills but permared, can i enter a guild with alignment ? or can i enter thieves' guild ?
