UO Second Age

Hello!
As the title says I have a Supremely Annoying Beeping Bug of Vanq.
I don't know what occurs it,but after shutting down UO,it's still beeping.
It's louder than foobar2K
Sometimes it disappears if I play Cs for example,but sometimes it keeps beeping while playing.
Helpz pls?

Hello!
I can't use the guild chat,because I have Hungarian keyboard.
On these keyboards, \ = Alt+Q ,but pressing Alt+Q ingame shows my previous message.
Can anybody help me?
