Limiting the number of IP accounts would only hurt the honest folks. Everyone else would just run a multi client program and continue to ghost, script, ect. I agree that Con PvP would destroy the realism / accuracy of the shard. Just trying to express what I am reading.

If you're strong enough to get into a dungeon then try not being a pansy and attempt to kill the red. Unfortunately the red does not wait until you are back at full health / mana to ask you if you want to fight. Nor does he usually come alone. I have been training up by char, finally got strong enough to do some dungon hunting and every time I recall into a dungon I am there less than 5 minutes when a PK shows up.
