Do they region block out side of the US?

Ive tried entering several different names in an attempt to get an account going.
It seems even mrwigglypoo is not even valid

Nah, and its my first account.
Im trying to make a new account because i just started here

When i type in a user name and password i get the message *Account does not exist*
I'm using razor and my setting seem fine.
Any ideas?
