Nope. Different guy. I've been using this nickname among some other ones for years though.

I just found about this shard from the connect uo ranking yesterday and this far this seems to be quite nice a shard. I think it's very importat to maintain a high ranking especially in the connect uo list and display a nice banner to attract more players. At least it worked for me .
