Yah, if you chop up that chest....you're only helping someone else get richer.
Helping out random unknown people seems to go against the base instinct of every hardcore UO player.
But you should totally leave that shit. Make a smiley face with the scrolls or something.

Re: UOSA Podcast
I say go for it as well. It will no doubt be extremely hard though. I don't imagine there will be much to talk about outside of who ganked who during the week. Something like this would have been awesome to do when the frequency of game changing patches was higher. As long as you try to keep it prof...

Re: Atlantic Shard 1998-2002
The char that I last remember playing as was Fizzgig. I never really made much of a name for myself. I mostly spent the majority of my time hanging outside the main entrance to Moonglow naked while trying to get people to fight (kill me). Only really played with friends from school. Can't remember t...

Re: Cannot connect to IRC...
I can connect through mIRC fine. It's just a bit tricky getting it all set up.
Not sure about this Xchat though. After downlolading I started it up it and it asked me for my social security number, picture ID, fingerprint, and a stool sample. I got scared and just threw out my hard drive.

I never destroy or dry loot my chests when I'm out doing a T-map. One less available spot out there means less gold in someone elses pockets.

Re: 60,000gp Nightmare for sale! (Purebreed)
I'm mostly curious if previous owners have kept attentive to the service requirements of the mount.
Any aftermarket modifications to it? Has it been lowered or a aftermarket mane been added?

Re: Why so much love for the T2A ruleset on freeshards?
In addition, the Trammel Ruleset by its very definition allows for rampant inflation as there is very few "checks and balances". This allows power-gamers to get massive amounts of money and destroy the economy. You get this to some extent no matter what (powergamers will be powergamers), ...

Re: Monsters using weapons, and Blacksmithing issues
Going to have to agree that I don't recall weapon wielding monsters doing more damage. Back in the day I used to farm for the ringmail tunics at the Cove Orc Fort. I was decently successful at it so no way could it have been that punishing. As it is on the server now, Orcish Lords give me a run for ...
