this is my first account. One other person has an account off my computer and my roommates all have accounts as well. does it go by ip address?

problems communicating with origin?
I just set up a new account but when I go to play it tells me that there is a problem communicating with origin. please restart Ultima Online and try again.
I have tried like 10 times now...and I really want to play.
