Re: Great Lakes 1998 - 2002
I played GL around that era, started at the beginning of T2A and all but gave up after UO:R but played loosely untill UOTD and left, it was just never the same, i tried again limitedly when AOS came out, that was my last attempt. I dont rememer many names in here but there were a couple that stuck ...

Re: Great Lakes 1998 - 2002
I played as a character named Coke from release till about 2000 or so. Had some of the best times I've ever had in an MMO. I was a part of DE when I believe Malagant was the Guild Leader? All I remember is something happened and I ended up leaving on really bad terms with him and the Guild. I was P...

Re: Is the pvp better now then before?
I didn't read this thread past the title and I honestly don't care about any of your opinions, sorry I'm honest.
Horses make PvP in UO suck. That's my opinion, take it or leave it. I will never look at this post again.

Then you are better than me. After passing the 2k arena rating everything got extremely difficult for me. Battle grounds were always easy.Voltron wrote: The pvp on WoW was too easy and boring for myself :/

Re: Do you enjoy the pvp mechanics of uosecondage?
I didn't beg, I started over on new accounts, idiot. You, are neither staff, nor a player, that is the bad part. You wish you we're staff, but again, you're not. It wouldn't be so bad if you we're getting paid to do nothing but post on the forums and research endless UOHC chat logs & blogs, but...

Re: Great Lakes 1998 - 2002
I tried to get people to come back months ago and the only people I got were my brother and my buddy Jimmy(Candy Angel/shadowolf). Everyone else is waiting for the new WoW expansion and Old Republic. But honestly after PvPing in WoW I see why they aren't interested in returning. I feel that UO PvP ...

Re: Do you enjoy the pvp mechanics of uosecondage?
Player versus Player literally means what it states. Whatever tactics a person uses in their combat against an opponent in these online environments has always been an intrinsic part of the notion behind "PvP". It isn't soley limited to the in-game environment and never has been, regardle...

Re: Great Lakes 1998 - 2002
That's funny, I remember Cloud telling me that there were two different brothers who played TAZ. I also remember Vik but have no clue where he went or might be. The only QK I talk to now is Kain. I really didn't know most of QK, I knew 6 or so core members.

Re: Great Lakes 1998 - 2002
Lonewolf, was it you or some one else in QK that was banned for dropping the "N" bomb and had the house inside of the Jhelom farms? That would be the retard Greywolf, not Lonewolf. Oh, haha. Well my brothers and I are the ones who got him banned. My brother was TAZ and the other one was J...

Even though people pretend they want accuracy when they say "get rid of horses" and try to dream up lame justifications like "sometimes people did not use horses on OSI shards, therefore everyone for all eternity should be blocked from using horses as a gameplay mechanic", let's...
