where is the next step to get some money with provocation?

i have 0.5 and when i try to provoke bear on moonglow´s zoo i CANT!!!

i make my first 100 bandages on my life on this shard... the first second tries all go done but now all times i try to double click bandages UO tell me: That its too far away That its too far away That its too far away That its too far away all times the same... Anyone know any solution to this?
