The pvp community on this server is full of whining babies. Most of whom sit around dueling, talking about dueling, deciding who is a better dueler, talking about getting a duel pit, or attempting to take away from the player base on the regular server to duel on the test server. i think all these town add ons should be removed/not given. they were only given to large rp guilds on osi.
but to answer your question, i think it encourages players to sit around and duel rather than fight at destard or wherever.l
