skill gain slower the more cap is maxed?
hi everyone i arrived yesterday and found the info on the forums to buy skills up to 700 and then focus on stats. Stats are nearly maxed out now, but skill gain is very slow in all 7 skills. Does it take longer, the nearer it comes to skill cap? I know of a shard where this is the case, so i better ...
