Re: market for blacksmiths?
Yes I mostly enjoy the smithing role, so as long as I can sell something I'll probably consider it worth the effort. I know this server strives to stay true to a particular release of UO. With that rule set in mind (or as an ultimate goal) does that mean that an exceptional quality item will always ...

market for blacksmiths?
I've had a GM blacksmith on catskills and siege for years. Is there a good market for blacksmithed weapons and armor here, or is magic stuff more powerful and largely preferred? I'm discovering that making a GM blacksmith is going to take quite the investment of time and effort... making stuff nobod...

Re: magery stuck?
displayed is 62, so I guess that is the problem. Any suggestions on what to cast to maximize gains in magery, resist, and minimize cost?

magery stuck?
I'm not actually sure if it is stuck or if skills raise this slowly on SA. I'm at 56.4 magery and per the wiki was casting lightening on myself to raise resist and magery. I burned through 400+ sulfer and didn't gain at all. Is that normal? I'm casting at the bank in moonglow. I have a total of 598....

Re: more SA noobie questions
can you train mounts to increase stats on SA or was that a later feature?
Are the stats on mounts random and can you use something like animal lore(?) to find one with more dex?
thanks for the answers. Yes I meant poison skill to use the weapon..

more SA noobie questions
Still trying to sort out what is different between here and origin/past present - Do spears randomly paralyze opponents? I remember they did once, then didn't. Can you Deadly Poison weapons? (if so, do you need poison skill?) For a mage, what secondary weapons would work well without compromising in...

razor and targeting functions
I've used UOAssist for years and struggling to catch on to razor a bit in setting up my keys. I want to bind spells to hot keys then use macros to fire them but I can't figure out what I"m doing wrong. The "Razor Hotkeys: An Intermediate Player's Guide" http://www.uogamers.com/forum/t...

New to UOSA
Hi, Played UO on Origin for years (Siege) and finally could not take the changes anymore. I vaguely remember a time when there were vanq weapons and recall. So here I am after like 15 years trying to remember how to get started from nothing. I'd forgotten how expensive it is to level a mage when you...
