Re: Poll: Multi Clienting
Actually, I loved UO Saviour before they shut down the project in alpha. One character, one account, and all characters were tied to the persons forum account. The plan was to create character responsibility, which it did. If board warriors were found in game, they needed to back up their talk. If s...

Re: Anyone play Lake Superior?
I played on LS for a few months between my time on Atlantic and Siege. Had a small house on Occlo. Spent most of my time training a thief, and dodging the gangs of my adoring fans who hunted for my pack horse whenever they could, lol. Was fun and I did find some great places to train in towns where ...

Re: Thief template?
As I have always taught young thieves. Either be a thief or be a fighter. You can do both, but poorly if you have to play a thug thief. If you want to steal and get away, build up a template that is designed to do that. When designing your template, think about the who what and where you'll be steal...

Re: Scanned GM and Couselor Guide
Damn, those articles bring back a sour taste. Damned volunteers. Asking to be paid, when all they had to do was quit if they didn't like how many hours they were being asked to work. Ruined the whole councilor/seer programs. I guess that could be seen as the point in which UO jumped the shark for ma...

Re: Blue Pker
Why must people always be concerned with how others choose to play? If you do not wish to be a pk, don't player kill. If you don't wish to be a thief, don't steal. If you want to play a blue bank sitter, have at it. We all make choices on how we play, it's our call. If you wish someone would stop ki...

Re: Hey everyone!
I joined Atl a bit late in the game. I believe it was 2000 or so when I first logged in there. Took me a week of playing before I found my first fel stone on a lizardman corpse. Once I used it, I panicked. Where did all the leaves go, and how are these players attacking me? LOL, I was walking around...

Re: Hey everyone!
Thanks. The beauty of playing a thief primarily is that housing really isn't needed until I get to the point where my skills are trained and I need more storage than the bank provides. I played on Atlantic for years without a house (mainly because there was no space and I only went to IDOCs to find ...

Re: Hey everyone!
Yay, snooping is at 100. On to hiding and stealth. Anyone have tips for stealth? I have it up to 41, at what point should I be adding AR? It appears the shard has AR added to clothing which is nice, however, boots 1, hat 1, doublet 2...etc. I wonder what others have used to train stealth up to highe...

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to pop in and let you know if you see a Rico running around, yes, it's me. I've finally made the time to create a character here. I can't say I am thrilled entirely since the reason I made the switch over here is bacause UOS recently shut down because their developer just could handle th...
