Cehck out Britain Gate Library. 3 screens North of Britain Gate. Sonja will have most of what you want. We sell Full spellbooks for 7500 gold. If you want to build your own book, most of the spells can be bought individually. WE SET REASONABLE PRICES, and always keep stocked.

I remember casting energy field, then logging out, and log back in. Hasn't worked here though.
