yea hes saying im not old enough to join but this char has been on for the entire 7 days he has never missed logging back on at server reset

yea i have no murders on me i am saying pascal join and everything is there any other thieves guildmaster besides bucs den?

my char is 7 days old he's been in the game for over 48 hours and he is gm stealing but it wont let me join the guild any reason why?
