Re: Black Dye Tubs

Why not buy one? Surely the good pvpers have several? Has anyone ever seen one for sale anywhere? If so how much? Only having played for a week you will have to excuse my ignorance on their rarity. For all I know they are the hardest item to get using the tournament points. But in my experience ever...

Re: NEW CHEAP WAY TO GET mid 90s RESIST INA DAY OR 2

I am at sea at the moment and can not download the video or watch it (military restrictions are so stupid) Can anyone give a brief break down of the video? I get the general idea of hiring mages. Do you then get them to follow you to your house or something? I.E will they follow you through a gate? ...

Re: Meditation - Post-Patch

Hmm this is strange. I succinctly remember when I made my first character all those years ago (1997) and meditation was always the easiest of skills to raise. I didnt know about see sawing or fast stat gaining back then. I certainly didnt have 100 int until months into the game, but I do remember ge...

Re: Tmap Help

I've said it before and I'll say it again, you guys rock! In all my years of gaming I dont think I have ever come across such a good set of forums, with such friendly helpful people! It is so easy for some people to be plain horrid towards nub questions, and it takes a much stronger, better person t...

Re: Question for Derrick/Faust

BTW Derrick, (or anyone else in the know for that matter) why has the Power Hour ommited? Was it not part of this ERA? Or is the formula for it complicated? Or has it been deemed an unecessary feature. Personally I used to love Power hour. However if skill raises are spread evenly through out the da...

Re: Recall as criminal

/Agree with B&B this shard rocks. T2A offers everything that was good in UO. I agree that you should be able to recall as a criminal too. Why should magic stop working just because you picked up an item that you should not have, that would be just silly :)

Re: Drinking Potions

Hell I used to run around and pick up all the unwanted potions that dropped from Fire and Water elementals to get the old cash flow started :)

Im freaking loving this game all over again. BZ to the management (er BZ means well done in the armed forces, not sure if there is a civilian equivalent)

Re: Items in houses

So Technically, with careful management of your house security, there is no benefit to owning a castle or tower etc... other than for aesthetic (its looks) purposes, as the extra lock downs and secure chests you get in the larger buildings are nullified due to the fact that you can place unlimited u...

Re: Player Companion Program

Aye its a very friendly shard, however, after letting my 10 year old daughter play at my side and we were in Moonglow, she asked me 'Urgh Dad why does that man keep saying 'I Poop on Girls'. When I pointed out that this was in fact his name! she was even more grossed out. Oh dear hehe. So maybe not ...

Re: City of Tribune Tower Loot Free for All

Wow Sounds like it should have been a hoot of an event. I wasnt there unfortunately having only joined the community 6 days ago, but thats the type of event that would appeal to me. And it probably took longer to set up than it would have done to actually make 100K farming the gold, so you are defin...

Re: black dye tubs

With regards to the points .... I here they are trophy points? How are these achieved? I dont recall ever even hearing of trophy points. I think I must have bought and looted my black tubs back in the day. Can anyone advise? And how many uses before the tub runs out?

Therefore to get more in depth information either read the very informative, easy to read guides OR post single questions about topics you ...

Re: fishing....

Hi newb, yep seen you around in Moonglow. You wont make money needed for a boat by fishing mate, at least not low skill level fishing. Grab your sword or spell book and start monster bashing to rake in the cash for the boat. or Make a new toon to do it and let him fund your fishing expeditions :)

Re: Force Game Size

An easy fix for this is get a 42 inch screen to play on :) I did, it was under £400 and is well worth the money. Hell I think I play 640x... and the screen is begine enough for me to see everything and have tons of room at the side for all the maps bags and other paraphenalia.
