Re: Are you in Yew Woods/Crypts?

I was hunting there for most of today but noted that the spawn seems to have dropped off quite considerably; s'mostly just hell hounds and dire wolves now.

Is this the case or have they moved away from the crypts to somewhere closer to Yew?

Re: Frustration with 90-11 wrestling skill gain

I'm not sure whether it makes a difference but I used a paladin NPC (as opposed to a fighter) and had no problems.

They're usually hanging around taverns or the park in Trinsic.

Re: Sketches of the Gargoyle assault on Vesper...

I'm not entirely certain myself but I can tell you what I do know... On the invasion side of the river I noticed a boat backing up with a corpse on it (the bones you can see on the prow). I figured I'd circle round to the other side of the river and see what was happening. It took about two or three...

Re: T map loot vs MIB

Cheers Ragancy, time isn't at a premium over here so that information is very much appreciated. I have characters I want to finish at the moment, but all the same it sounds like it might be worthwhile once those templates are completed (despite the fact I'm atrocious at PvP, especially item based).

Re: T map loot vs MIB

I've always wondered where teleport, reflect and invisibility gear comes from on this server, so many thanks for the discussion. Not sure I can be bothered to grind a lockpicker or a treasure hunter, but all the same s'good information to keep in mind. Additionally... Soulbreak's avatar is fantastic.

Re: Boom, headshot

I completely agree regarding the lack of knowledge or supply element back in the day. My thief on Europa had Fencing and Tactics and always carried a deadly poisoned GM kryss during this era. I remember a particular encounter where I'd followed two players through a gate to a house. One of them imme...

Sketches of the Jhelom market district invasion...

It was pretty thick on the ground yesterday, but nevertheless I managed to hazard a few sketches for the sake of posterity. http://i530.photobucket.com/albums/dd342/Cowlscomb/Invasion1.png http://i530.photobucket.com/albums/dd342/Cowlscomb/Invasion2.png http://i530.photobucket.com/albums/dd342/Cowls...

Re: New to the Shard

I played Cool UK originally and hung around Deepwater (later changed his name to Kas Valentine). The only other character I played frequently was Valentine but he was in stealth most of the time. Glad to hear the skills are progressing nicely. You're a brave man tackling Taming, I've never gone near...

Re: New to the Shard

Hey Blade Spirit, Nice to see some fellow Europa players arriving here (re: the best shard in the known world), I hope you're settling in well. I only recognise one or two of the names you listed from Europa but then I was always more of a roleplayer than a fighter (with the odd theft here and there...

Re: Visit Murkfinger's: Your one-stop shop for stolen goods

Since the Fall Festival has now drawn to a close, we will no longer be represented in the Minoc area.

We would like to extend our warmest regards to all of our customers over the weekend.

Business will resume as normal at Murkfinger's south of Britain moongate.
