Scrolls reduce the circle of the spell by 2, so an 8th circle scroll would be treated as a 6th circle scroll.

That being said, casting a 2nd circle spell with 7.4 magery, you should expect quite a few fails.

From what I remember it was in place in T2A, was it removed or did no one like the bearded ladies?

Chests or other containers that are just locked down, are free to use by anyone. While secured can only be accesses by owners, co owners and friends of the house. Locked down items on the other hand, are not, so if I locked down 1000 ingots, no one would be able to remove them without releasing them...

So now they know who NOT to kill. But they still have a harder time coordinating who to dump on. Not really, considering someone just creates an arbitrary order for char's health bars, say "MiG first, Cindrew Second, Syntax Third etc", and just say "dump on first" or "dump ...

All this means is that the people in groups would grab their friends HP bars and put them to the left, and the people they want to kill on the right.

Seriously, its a nice thought, but this is UO, expect ganking. Lots of it.
