As for your Reg box make a char with 50 lock picking and just pick it, or find some one you can trust that has lock picking

You can trash the music easy just hit ALT O (O not zero) on the gump that pops up hit the top left tab (opens to this one all the time) Check the top box that says "Sound on/off" that will kill all the sounds in game when you are being bothered by your neibors grindoing. And the box below ...

I been playing here for some time now and this is the first time I ever seen something like this happen.
Just a small burp is all.
This is one of the best up time shards I have ever played on, and over the years I have tryed alot of shards.
No sweat on my side stuff happens.

Server is down and will not be back up untill 6 or so EST.

I rather like my toothpick I used to use
