Seesaw stats.
Buy skills until you hit skill cap of 700 (try to avoid mining, herding, and camping, leave these at 0). Set all them locked, except one. Mine, camp, or herd until it is at ten and then stop. Lock the one you set down. Set whatever you used before to down, and a new one to up, and drain it. This is sounding too confusing.
I recommend using herding and camping for this. So, for example, with 0 herding and 0 camping, drain from another skill to get camping to 10. Then lock that skill you drained from. Set camping down, and herding up. Herd until herding is 10 and camping is 0. Then set herding down and camping up, and camp until camp is 10 and herding is 0. Again, it is imperative that you are at the 700 point skill cap for this to work, so buy those skills up (will cost around 6k).
You'll have 100 str in no time.
Oh, and to get kindling for camping, use a dagger on a tree.

I just raise Herding myself. If you're at 700 though and you don't want to lower any other skills then the seesaw is best.
