help me combat

hi to all.
i have much problem with fencing and swordmanship.
i have 2 pg, and they sparring...
for start i sparring with dagger for fencer and butcher for sword.
but they inflict some damage.
after i create a macro, if hit's <= 75 he move, badage er self and return to fight.
they have a plate iron with heater shield.
but i macro by 14 pm, and at 20.40 (now), the skill increase by 1.8, and i have 15...
i'm shoked O_O
it's normal?
what is the easy way to GM sword / fancing / mace?
training dummy?
i have just hire an npc mage, but i kill it in 1 minutes, and if he die, i die too

HELP ME PLEASE, and sorry for my bad english

Working skills on other players is not good for skill gain. Find and hire a Paladin NPC in Delucia or Britain and work your skills on them.

You will need to tell the Paladin to Guard you, attack the Paladin, and then Invis yourself. This will make the Paladin not attack you. Then you can just heal the Paladin.

didnt know paladins were in Britian. Where are they located, I dont spend any time there.

Tavern just south of west bank will have one at times. Just have to check various taverns. Jhelom is a good place to find them in Fel, but I've heard there are more in the lost lands.
