UO Second Age

Having recently visited Occlo, I recalled back to when I first started playing - there was definately housing there, as a Dread Lord ran out of his house and whacked me, and having only jsut started playing this was definately pre UO:R. So what is the deal with Housing there? Currently the land is more wonky than the Chef from Sesame Street, wielding two trays full of cakes.

I remember there being large houses on Occlo island back in the day, but its possible they were placed before the placing rules were changed (ie improperly placed).
