Full disclosure, this courtyard is not secure, but I have a solution for you:

Starting bid on this dream castle is 3 mil
Buyout is set at 3.9mil

Auction will run 1 week, or 24 hours after last bid.
I'll accept public bids only. Private buyouts are also acceptable.

If a broker is desired, Banks can be used.

Yea it's the same castle.

Smit, depends on the rares. Not looking for spawning rares unless they're higher end. Gold is easier but feel free to offer something for evaluation by my panel of experts.
