The location is relatively secluded. During the time that I've lived here, I think I've seen 2 or 3 people total.
The small was my Atx Rares Museum & Vault and still contains many semi-rares and holiday items.
The L-shape contains more that I can possibly list here, but some of the items include around 1k-1.5k each of magery macro regs (Lightning, EB, FS), bandages, cloth, wool, cotton, flax, weapons, armor, and gems.
The houses are being sold AS-IS, all items to be sold with the houses.
The pair will be sold together. Considering the items contained within the houses, and the apparent state of the server's housing market, I will give this a buyout of a tower deed+small deed.
