I'm kind of interested but there's just so much spawn around here. Gargoyles, reapers, orc mages... Seems a bit dangerous.

You've also quite obviously got marked courtyards.

I have some questions about this house:

(1) How can you mitigate the effects of large and powerful spawn?
(2) Do you have marked courtyard runes?

Hmm... I'm not sure I trust you when you say you don't have marked courtyard runes. As a general rule, you pride yourself on having such runes.

I think it looks like a fine property.

I like it because it's in grass, near woods and water and not in the bloody plains or some place like that where it's house to house separated by 1 or 2 tiles of grass. I really like that area. If I was more active I would love to buy that keep at that price.
