Check Shenanagins'. It's been a few days since I've been home and able to re-stock but you can always check if there are any left. Follow the road east out of east brit and it's the 2nd set of houses on the right. About 10 seconds out of guard zone. Look for Hugo on the front porch. The magic weps vendor is inside.
