Why is it not wearable that's ridiculous.

No better than any other server birth then.

stop playing with the lowball 50k bids give the kid a break its with more than that.

The gm that looked at it said it isn't wearable because "it is not yet a shield"

So is it like one of those quest items that never disappeared? like that orange world map? I always get weary about those items.

Not sure about that but he did say it was a test item and it shouldn't exist.

lowballed because I saw this yesterday, for the first time, in BF's tower and I thought this one was a 2nd one so thought there might be more out there. Did not know he just got it back. Great item!
