Wreaths I'd like one or two, but can't pay 200k per, and don't want to hinder you from selling at that price. If it's not too much bother, put 4 for sale and let's see where the price is for those. If it's still in the 200k range then sell the other 2 in your third phase, if they're lower then I'll buy.
