Yeah, you have the right not to make a public cross-referencable entry as to where you live. But as far as bidding on silly items goes, what do you really have to keep secret?

There are people like me out there that will see your guild title, check your guild, determine who your characters may be, search the forums for mention of them, get your forum/irc ID, and check the forums for house trades. Not to mention keep an eye out for your guildstone as I make my rounds checking houses.
